Laser Skin Resurfacing

Renew skin texture, tone, and clarity — erasing years of accumulated damage with precision light energy.

About Laser Resurfacing

Laser resurfacing uses targeted light energy to precisely remove or stimulate the outer layers of skin, triggering your body's natural healing and regeneration process. The result: fresher, smoother, more even-toned skin — as if your complexion has been given a profoundly nourishing reset.

We offer both ablative and non-ablative fractional laser options, selected to match your skin concern, skin type, and comfort with downtime.

  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Sun damage, age spots, and uneven pigmentation
  • Acne scarring and textural irregularities
  • Enlarged pores and rough skin texture
  • Overall skin dullness and loss of radiance

What to Expect

01
Consultation
Skin assessed, laser type selected, and a pre-treatment skincare protocol may be prescribed.
02
Numbing
Topical anaesthetic applied 30–45 minutes before treatment for comfort.
03
Laser Treatment
The device is passed methodically across the skin. Warmth and a mild snapping sensation are felt.
04
Renewal Begins
Skin begins its renewal cycle. Peeling and redness resolve to reveal fresh, improved skin.

Treatment time: 30–60 minutes. Downtime varies by laser type — from 2 days (non-ablative) to 7–10 days (ablative).

Pre-Treatment

  • Avoid sun exposure and tanning for 4 weeks prior
  • Stop retinoids and exfoliating acids 5–7 days before
  • Disclose all medications — some require medical clearance
  • Antiviral medication prescribed if you have a history of cold sores

Post-Treatment

  • Keep skin clean, moisturised, and protected
  • Do not pick or peel flaking skin
  • Apply SPF 50+ religiously — post-laser skin is highly photosensitive
  • Avoid makeup until the skin barrier has healed
  • Avoid sun exposure for 4–6 weeks post-treatment

Frequently Asked Questions

A single ablative laser session can produce dramatic results. Non-ablative and fractional treatments often benefit from a series of 3–5 sessions. Your individual skin concern, tolerance, and desired downtime all factor into the recommendation.
Laser safety varies by skin type and the technology used. During your consultation, we will carefully assess your Fitzpatrick skin type and recommend only treatments that are safe and effective for your unique complexion.

PicoWay® Treatment

Ultra-short picosecond pulses to shatter pigment and stimulate collagen — with minimal downtime.

About PicoWay®

PicoWay® is one of the most advanced pigment and skin rejuvenation lasers in the world. Using ultra-short picosecond pulses, it delivers energy so rapidly that it shatters pigment particles into micro-dust — allowing the body to eliminate them naturally — while generating minimal heat and minimal damage to surrounding tissue.

  • Melasma, sun spots, and age spots
  • Freckles and uneven skin tone
  • Acne scarring and wrinkles
  • Tattoo removal
  • Overall skin rejuvenation and luminosity

PicoWay is effective across a wide range of skin tones, making it a versatile option for diverse skin types.

What to Expect

01
Skin Analysis
Pigmentation depth and type assessed to select the optimal handpiece and wavelength.
02
Numbing
Topical numbing cream applied. Treatment feels like small elastic snaps — very quick.
03
PicoWay Session
Laser passed across the treatment area. Pigmented areas may temporarily darken before clearing.
04
Clearance
Pigment fades progressively over 2–4 weeks as the body eliminates fragmented particles.

Treatment time: 20–45 minutes. Minimal downtime — mild redness for a few hours to a day.

Pre-Treatment

  • Avoid sun and tanning for 4 weeks prior
  • No retinoids or acids for 5–7 days before
  • Arrive with clean, sunscreen-free skin on the day of treatment
  • Disclose all medications, especially those causing photosensitivity

Post-Treatment

  • Pigmented areas may darken slightly before fading — this is the process working
  • Apply SPF 50+ diligently — non-negotiable for results and safety
  • Avoid picking any crusting or peeling
  • Keep skin hydrated with gentle, fragrance-free products

Frequently Asked Questions

Most patients need 3–6 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart, depending on the type and depth of pigmentation. Melasma benefits from a carefully managed series to prevent rebound.
PicoWay's ultra-short pulses generate less heat than traditional nanosecond lasers, reducing the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation in darker skin tones. It is one of the most suitable laser options for Fitzpatrick types III–V.

Laser Mole Removal

Precise, scar-minimising removal of benign moles and skin lesions with advanced laser technology.

About Laser Mole Removal

Laser mole removal offers a precise, minimally invasive alternative to surgical excision for appropriate benign skin lesions. Targeted laser energy breaks down the pigment cells within the mole, causing it to fade and be eliminated by the body's natural processes — leaving minimal scarring.

All moles are assessed by our medical team prior to treatment. Only confirmed benign lesions suitable for laser removal are treated.

  • Flat or slightly raised benign moles (melanocytic naevi)
  • Seborrheic keratoses
  • Dermatofibromas
  • Skin tags and small benign lesions

Note: All lesions must be assessed medically before treatment. Suspicious or atypical lesions will not be treated and will be referred for dermatological review.

What to Expect

01
Medical Assessment
Lesion is assessed by our medical team to confirm it is benign and appropriate for laser treatment.
02
Local Anaesthetic
A small amount of local anaesthetic is injected to ensure a completely comfortable procedure.
03
Laser Treatment
Targeted laser energy is applied to the lesion. The procedure takes only a few minutes per mole.
04
Healing
A small scab forms and falls away naturally within 1–2 weeks, revealing clear skin beneath.

Treatment time: 15–30 minutes depending on the number of lesions.

Pre-Treatment

  • Avoid sun exposure to the area for 4 weeks prior
  • Do not apply any products to the lesion on the day of treatment
  • Disclose all medications, especially blood thinners and immunosuppressants

Post-Treatment

  • A small scab will form — do not pick it
  • Keep the area clean and apply recommended healing ointment
  • Protect from sun exposure — SPF 50+ essential during healing
  • Avoid swimming and saunas until fully healed (1–2 weeks)

Frequently Asked Questions

Laser removal is designed to minimise scarring. A small pink mark may remain that typically fades over 3–6 months. The outcome depends on lesion type, depth, your skin type, and adherence to post-care guidelines.
Every lesion is assessed by our medical team using standard screening criteria before treatment is considered. If there is any concern, we will refer you to a dermatologist for further evaluation. Your safety is always our first priority.
